I Have a Cheese Problem
I have always liked cheese. Unfortunatlely, cheese, when ingested in large quantities can have adverse side affects.
I have tried everything to get rid of these "side effects." Twice, I have lost about 60 pounds only to gain it all back
plus more. In mid February, I went to my best friend Andrea's house and she told me she had an idea. She said
it involved everything that motivates me: competition, relationships, rewards, and accountability. I knew she
was right.
So here is the plan! You get to help me lose 100 pounds in 1 year! All you have to do is
pick one pound to be responsible for motivating me to lose. You can motivate me through bribes, threats, words, cash, gifts,
time, etc. For ideas on what you can do see the Ideas page. When I get close to that pound, I will email you, so you can start motivating.

I know this is going to be hard, but I also know that I have to do it. I am blessed with having the greatest people in
my life that anyone could ever ask for. What you get in return is my undying love and appreciation, and I promise
to remember you when I am rich and famous. I also make a committment to you, not to take your investment in my life
and health lightly.
My plan is pretty simple: Eat less bad foods, eat as much fruits and veggies as I want, and exercise at least 5x
per week. For now at least, I do not want to count calories, points, fat grams, or carbs. I have done that all
in the past and I don't think that counting is something I can commit to for life, and I need this to be a life change.
